Graduated from the University Of Central Florida - Faculty of Civil Engineering in 2003, Mr.Efe Şükrü Birgili established his own construction company Hasbutcular Construction Co. and took part in several construction projects in Turkey. As a part of his business expansion plan, he founded Turquoise Construction WLL in Qatar in 2014 and has been actively running the company as the president since then.

Mr. Ahmet Bülent Özkan graduated from the Middle East Technical University of Civil Engineering and completed his Masters’ Degree in 1984. After 30 successful years working for Tekfen Construction as a senior project manager and taking part in housing, infrastructure, industrial plants, sports buildings and stadium projects, namely: Reconstruction Earthquake Affected Areas project for Ministry of Public Works of Yemen Arab Republic, Taif City , Infrastructure Network and Water Transmission Lines Project of SWCC for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Atasehir & Sinanoba Satellite Town Housing Projects for Emlakbank Co. Inc Turkey, Ataturk Olympic Stadium Projects for Kuwait for Turkish National committee for the Olympic Games, Enhancement of Crude oil Export Facilities Project for Kuwait Oil Company; Yanbu Refinery DHT Complex Projects for ARAMCO K.S.A Construction of Phosphoric Acid Plant Project for Ma'aden Phosphate Company K.S.A, Ulker Sports Arena Project for Fenerbahce Sports Club, Mr. Bulent Ozkan has joined the family of Turquoise Construct WLL as the General Manager.

Mr. Nafiz Rifaioğlu who has been living in Qatar since 2002, has worked in multiple business field as a region director. he joined the Turquoise family in 2019 as the chief consultant for business development.

Mr. Mehmet Uğur Gündüz graduated from the Yildiz Technical University-Civil Engineering Faculty in 2004. He was bestowed with the MME UPDA Civil Engineering certification with the Grade A as of 2017.  He completed major international projects from shopping centers, industrial facilities to commercial and residential buildings. Mr. Mehmet Uğur Gündüz has joined the family of Turquoise Construction WLL as the Projects Manager in 2019.
